Perfect acid/soft smooth tannin balance, full bodied, juicy-silky texture, long floral, smoky, slightly chocolate finish. An ideal dance partner with lean red meats; chicken mole is the laurel to its hardy. Took about 45 minutes to reveal itself. Decanting recommended.
