First time around, completely muted and boring. Great acid but where's the fruit... Second tasting started to open, salt, stone fruits, lots of minerals a bit of spice.... Super well made, but this thing needed more time and I wasn't patient.

Full bodied, dry, floral, melon, apricot, and honey. Med+ acid. This is going to be great in 5 years. Delicious.
