This seemed to be the by-the-glass option around Cassis, and it's easy to see why. Not the most complex or spectacular blend, but it's straightforward. Bright and fresh, some of that expected salinity.

So far our number 2 Cassis Rosé after Paternel, colourful nose, good body with hints of bilberry and green gage plum, even vanillin on the finish. Seems underrated to me, as on par with Aix quality. Drink fresh!
