Vintage 2016 / Biowine from Corsica. Ripened partly in Amphora. Made of Vermentino, which I find quite a difficult grape to understand. This is rather perfect, though very little smell, very shy. Lemon and minerals, difficult to describe smell. Taste with lots of finesse. / Paired with scallops, fennel and pancetta.
