Our 2014 vintage is composed of 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Semillon, and 3% Sauvignon Vert from a vineyard that was planted in 1947. The juice was fermented in 44% stainless steel tanks, 49% French, mostly neutral, oak barrels, and 7% concrete eggs. The wine was aged on its lees and underwent daily or weekly battonage. Secondary fermentation was suppressed. 7100 cases were made.

My wife is a big fan of Sav Blancs. Our daughter is a sommelier and a wine rep. This is as good as a Sav Blanc can get! Paired with Thai food very well.

All cliff lede amazing every year good and the sauv blanc does the name justice just really crisp citrus full bodied flavor with a great long finish
