Aug 22nd, 2015Very good not sweet but very citrusy good body to it ! Great for a hot day and pairs well I think with any food but definitely would enhance any fish meal or tone down a heavy meal

With a solid dancing layer of lovely herbaceous and floral notes, this wine shows a good sugar acid balance, leaving the palate swooning. Being used to light body Sauvignon Blancs from France lately however, this wine is medium bodied with more viscosity and signs of malo than I prefer in a SB. delicious though!
