Opened last night and found it very tightly wound with no end in sight. Placed the cork back on and am enjoying it now.
It opened up perfectly. Dark fruit., great mouthfeel with a touch of spice at the end.
It's a keeper! ☺️

This 2012 is our first release from the Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard in the Oakville sub-appellation of Napa Valley. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine underwent 18 months of elevage in French oak barrels, 85% of which were new. 456 cases were produced.

This is exactly why Robert Parker give this wine 96 points.....I haven't had anything this perfect in a while. Some dark fruit, black truffle, and good spice!
