Just a Touch Too Sweet for me but pleasant enough

Lambrusco. Sparkling dry red, 11% ABV. Funky, but not in bad way. Better with food. Held up nicely with mildly spicy & peppery shrimp salad.

Very nice sparkling red. Tart fruit but not too acidic, bubbles help clean the palette . Well balanced, fresh and appealing.

Definitely has Brettanomyces. It's not overwhelming but may spoil the experience. Still a great red bubbly.

Medium-bodied, dry, sparkling Lambrusco. Bright, tart, cherry notes combined with a nice amount of minerality. Great way to start a meal, also pairs well with pasta, meats and cheeses. Very versatile.

Cleto Chiarli Lambrusco di Modena Dry Pruno Nero NV. Alcool 11%. V. dark yet soft and easy. purple-red, concentrated, nice pink bubbles. Intensity & fruitiness on the nose with notes of black fruit. Soft on the palate, v. easy to pair with food.
