Just a wonderful mouth feel and mid-palette finish.

An amphora-aged Montepulciano from Paso that tastes more like a Bandol than any Mourvèdre from California that I've ever had. Impressive! (Best decanted and given a little time)

Fermented and aged in amphorae, it's wonderfully perfume-y with soft tannins, nice minerality, and a sweet finish. Crazy good for a red that doesn't see any oak.

Lush and balanced. Delightful notes of raspberry and light herbal flavors. Paired well with a lamb/pork/beef meatball in ragu sauce.
