Stone fruit, apricot, subtle minerality. Clean, smooth and well-balanced. I would affectionately label this bottle a definite porch-pounder!

Pale white, excellent clarity. Floral, pineapple notes in nose, good acidity, peach, lemon and lemon peel flavors with bright mineral finish. Simple but well made, and delightfully dry. Paired well with sweet onion and roasted potato focaccia with a side of Chinese cucumber salad with sesame seeds, black vinegar and fresh green onions and quick wok-fried raw peanuts. It’s springtime, folks! And after 24 hours, the peach and lime flavors amp up in intensity and expressive. Open in advance a bit.
