Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Dark ruby in color with a wide brick rim and light intensity.

Fruity nose of blueberries, red candy, spices, earth, wet leaves, herbs, light wood, earth, barnyard and black pepper.

Dry on the palate with tart cherries, cranberries, pomegranates, light vanilla, wood, spices, tobacco, bitter herbs, barnyard, vegetables and black pepper.

Tart finish with soft tannins and sour cranberries.

This is a tart Pinot Noir from Sonoma County. Unbalanced and better with food. Light with a buttery mouthfeel.

I've had it a few months before and it was much better. I think this is an off bottle.

I paired it with cheeses and light appetizers.

13% alcohol by volume.

80 points.

$48.
