Tried two bottles of this. First was well-made and interesting. The second had a near effervescent characteristic that paired incredibly with the red fruit and minerality that shone through the wine. Would rate even higher if both tasted of the second bottle.

Delicious, smooth red (2002) served as perfect accompaniment to slightly spicy vegetarian meal (stuffed poblano peppers and Mexican fried rice), enjoyed with kids coming in from Logan for holidays.
