Have you ever had Blaufränkisch Rosé? I certainly hadn’t until this bottle of #dope from Weingut Claus Preisinger. Unfined, unfiltered and totally raw, this Austrian #naturalwine from Burgenland has a tantalizing effervescence with some serious funk on it 😋 Strawberries, rhubarb and herbs with a pretty minerality. Which I had a case if this stuff.

Wild Blaufränkisch rosé. Raspberry, white pepper, smoky thyme and a bit stinky. Light, lively and a hint of fizz. Aged in amphora. More funk than the wines of Claus normaly give.
