Bakers Gully Syrah

This wine has held up exceptionally well. There is a lot of prune/plum aromas and flavors. Predominantly plum. Tannins are resolved and it is at its peak, on its way down. Good stuff, drink now.

Not super powerful , but elegant which I like. Fruit, liquorice and not a lot more as far as complexity is concerned, but persistent and leaving a balsamic after taste. 👍

Love the wine. Great balance and finish. It's like drinking unicorn pee.

Not my jam, but very interesting.

Blackberry compote, plum, and blackcherrry. French oak aromas add depth. Nutmeg and anise too. Round and bold, with dark berry fruit. Black licorice carries through. Tannins are still persistent. Masculine finish with a unique sasparilla note. Drink now, but no rush.

Toasted oak, vanilla bean, mocha, expresso, and blackberry pie on a rich nose. Dense, dark fruits on the palate with an elegant finish. Excellent!

Beautifully balanced, big plummy

Bandb new heights. Like bridge.

Spicy start, smooth finish. Little sour.

Totally get the unicorn pee on this.
