Cirque du Vin Paso Robles Red Blend

Very fruit forward with smooth tannins. A fantastic evening out to dinner with our son and his friends. Now it’s my time on the balcony enjoying a nice beach breeze with a glass (or two) of this wine. Cheers!

I am not one for judging a book by its cover, however when you put a juggler or a magician on a label, I tend to gravity to it. Surprisingly a well blended red wine that went very well with my stake for dinner. After dinner I sipped on a glass with some dark chocolate which brought out the Syrah in the blend. I will be buying more of this for the Holiday.

Deep fruit but not candied

Weak on its own. Tart merlot base. Better with hearty cheesy meaty hot food. Turkey meatballs with cheddar mac n cheese.

Good dimple jammy within some heat. $20

In Honolulu and an interesting Costco buy of a blend that is decent but would work well with bigger meats than the plate lunches we were mostly eating.
