Cellarbrations at Cottesloe Western Australia, Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW)

A terrific balance of ever so slightly candied fruit and savoury wood spice. Another major win is the fine grained palate coating texture no doubt due to it being unfined and unfiltered. Seriously what a bargain

A better than average quaffer for $17 from old Grenache vines in the Barossa. Notes of confectionery and rose petals. Good balanced wine but nothing special. I agree with the views espoused by some Wine Pros that McLaren Vale is a better area for Grenache than the Barossa. 16.

A refreshingly complex wine from The Barossa Valley. Single vineyard old vine Grenache. An enticing nose with lots of fruit, cinnamon and some oak. Fantastic red currant, cinnamon and licorice on the palate with a little black pepper. A great lingering finish of currants and pepper. A really good wine.
