This is too big for me. There’s a lot of oak going on and while it manages to straddle the line of too much it eventually overwhelms my palate. I think this treatment works well on their Bordeaux blends but for the syrah it’s just too much.

Big savory aromas. Leather, brown spices, smoke and beef jerky. Good body and nice balance on the palate. Great wine if you like this style Syrah.
