Côtes de Provence Cru Classé Rosé Tibouren

One of my favorite rosé wines! So textural and enveloping, mineral and savory before fruit. Lemon balm, peach skin, apricot pit, melon rind, sea salt, flower petals, succulents and scrubby Provençal herbs. A slight leesy component adds richness. There’s always something unique in this wine’s tannin profile, it has some grit, almost powdery tannin from front to back, I love the texture.
