The Description:
Medium-Dry
Ripe pear
Subtle spice
Full-bodied
Full-bodied, lush style of Pinot Gris with a medium level of sweetness kept in check by a structured palate and a hint of spice on the finish. Enjoy this wine now rather than cellaring as it is unlikely to benefit from further aging.
The opinion: Accurate description, but level of sweetness is greater than medium, to me would go very well with a nice medium spiced Thai dish. Bit sweet to drink alone.
