Striking contrast to its color on the palate; crisp, mineral, weighing more towards tart than juicy fruit. There’s some ‘11 weedy funk, but nothing offensive. Quite chalky and delicious with plenty if zip.

I really dig these bubbles. Deep wild rose aromatics. Lovely palate and refreshing but lengthy finish. Perfect to celebrate a winning tennis season.

Oh how I adore this wine. It’s an emotional and mental attachment, rather than just an analytical one. No need to go too deep into the particulars of this being a pure Meunier Rosé Saignée from Christophe Mignon, one of the Masters of Meunier. It’s just terrific.

Not romance per se, more like unmitigated lust in a bottle. Sexy and sleek throughout and very expressive. Very terroir driven. At the end of the day, this is just plain erotic and everyone should be drinking it. This is baby making wine.

A stunning rosé champagne. First off, there’s that amazing salmon color. Not a ton of bubbles but those that are there are tiny. Ridiculously deep nose featuring plums, dried cherries, and ripe strawberry. Fresh herbs, oolong tea, and rose petals compliment. It really is such a pretty and graceful bouquet.

100% Pinot Meunier, this is rich and delectable throughout. Creamy and sensual in the mouth, this is silky smooth. Zero dosage and quite fruity, the two Pinots really work their magic here. It’s very vibrant and generous.

Intense raspberries attack the palate, along with cherries. Traces of mild oak, freshly baked bread, and mint. Sassafras, creamy vanilla, crushed petals, and nuts. A really unique and delicious Grower champagne. Outstanding on every level.

smell of young fermented grapes, sweet aroma. Like it’s from a young barrel. A little “ green”. Still very good. A little more flat and less fervacious 8.9+ $60

Behoorlijk verrassend! Gistig wat je verwacht van champagne, maar ook veel fris rood fruit dat zich gaandeweg steeds rijker ontwikkelt. Fantastisch spul!
