Magnum 2013 Chablis. Not a white lover, but this is pretty good. Pear on the pallette...medium body...Drinking with a Waldorf salad, and a delicious vegetable medley of Brussel sprouts, beets, sweet potatoes, butternut squash and cranberries...tbh, I'm crazier abt this little medley on my plate than the viscousness in my glass.
