Riesling from the Frohnenberg lieu dit, in Herrlisheim (south of Eguisheim). Vines are 50+ years old and rooted in limestone soils. Farmed biodynamically. Citrus and some herbal notes. Very dry, fresh, vibrant, quite elegant. Amazing value.

Excellent riesling! Pale golden color and very viscous. On the nose it has lots of citrics and rubber notes. Palate was rich and super acid as with any good riesling. It had some residual sugar that made it very fruity on the palate. We enjoyed it a lot.
