I love this winemaker. Monestrall has to be my fav grape. It is jammy, dirty and super easy to drink. Goes well with spice and relatively inexpensive to boot.

Apr 7th, 2017Monastrell is such a bargain grape. Deep and rich, this has elements of prune juice and mild tobacco. The cab smoothed out the rustic Monastrell taste a bit. Great bottle of wine for the money.

Feb 29th, 2016Nose starts tight and never opens too big. Big fruit up front with the monastrell, and a very pleasant tannic finish with the Cab. Cocoa and bark under a big cranberry and apple wave. I really like it.
