Unfiltered Handmade Natural Dry Red Saperavi

reasonable value for 1.3 jacksons. not very qvevri in the mouth. no hint of wild bugs giving it a go with their odd smells, methyls, or acetic tones. not much in the way of sediment. but very smooth, professional, velvety. tastes like a rhone-ish who took on some velvet b/c of his big parker friends. would be fine at a dinner party. a very competent dry wine. hint of tannins at the end to remind you it was qvevri.
