Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Ruby in color with medium intensity and a wide reddish/ brick rim.

Fruity nose of cherries, sweet raspberries, light wood, licorice, barnard, eucalyptus, red candy, spices, herbs, earth, river rocks and black pepper.

Medium in body and soft, with medium acidity and faint legs.

Dry on the palate with cherries, strawberries, raspberries, earth, light oak, spices, vegetables, red candy, bitter herbs, black pepper, green vegetables and cocoa.

Medium plus on the finish with very soft tannins and tangy cherries.

This is a nice Single Vineyard Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills. Nicely balanced with a graceful mouthfeel. Soft and elegant with fresh red fruits all over the place.

A good red wine for those who are transferring from white wine to red wine as it is easy drinking. Good by itself or with food. This is not my usual style, but I really enjoyed it.

Needs 60 minutes to open up and remove some of the acidity out of the way.

I paired it with cheeses and fresh fruits.

100% Pinot Noir grapes, aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Unfiltered and unfined.

13.4% alcohol by volume.

88 points.

$45.
