Dark and bolder than your usual Dolcetto. Ripe cherries, prune, mushrooms, licorice, some baking spice. Nice tannins but pretty well rounded. From Flatiron Wines.

Intense, deep nose of red & black fruit and baking spices. Very fresh. In the palate i get juicy black cherries, blueberry, hints pine and a very very pretty minerality for a Dolcetto. This might be one of the best Dolcetto wines I've ever had.
