Flavors of tobacco meets sour cherry meets stone earth. Tannins pretty high. Really didn't get much from this at all, not sure whose palate would. Would not feed to any gf as mine was not impressed.

Had higher hopes for this one. Seemed disjointed and maybe past prime. Couldn't figure it.

Rather dry, good body with little legs. Recommended by staff to pair with my pappardelle wild boar
