An excellent wine to pair with spicy food - Indian or sushi!
Bought this wine at a wine festival and got to spend some time with the owners. This stuff is absolutely incredible! I can't wait to get my hands on another bottle. Paired this with a veggies and goat cheese tortellini in a roasted tomato cream sauce and the sweetness cut through the savory creaminess like butter.
