Héloïse Syrah Grenache

Totally unlike the last time I tried it, two years ago. time has done this good- and perhaps some bottle variation is at play here too.

This is sappy and delicious. Herbal character, very pure. Some bo funk. Pinot noir elegance with persistent tannins.

Intense spiciness and black pepper but fruit can’t really stand up. Not quite balanced.

I loved this. Spicy syrah but super velvety texture. Excellent for a red meat pairing.
