100% Kisi (white grape native to the country of Georgia) grapes. Light straw color with a few green highlights. Aromas of stone fruit, white flowers and citrus zest. Flavors of peaches, lemon/lime, apricots and green apples. Prominent mineral note on the clean medium finish. Medium-minus acidity and light bodied. Smooth texture and complex. No sign of oak or qvevri (skin contact) aging. 12.5% ABV. Crisp, fresh and elegant.
