Merlot and pv in the mix they have four vineyards and both wines are made from the same vineyards 500 cases of this label and 250 cases of the checkerboard a very well endowed bouquet dark currant berry fruit dark spices and 26 months in oak very smooth and elegant style with lots of juicy fruit well balanced rich fruit and wonderful balance and a long layered finish. Finish 50+. Most excellent
