Château Vilatte, Bordeaux blanc sec 2018.

Lemon, vanilla on the nose. Light Sauvignon nose. The palate is well designed, there is acid, there is grip, a good width and some matter, a spherical mid palate and a finish with lemon. No great but rather good and refreshing and a perfect pairing with oysters
