St. Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

Nice Saint-Emilion to celebrate my place in Montesson. Paired it with Polenta Valsugana, with Gorgonzola, Mascarpone and Chèvre

Taste of blueberries, cherries, & hint of vanilla. Medium body complexity with a lingering finish.

I liked it a lot. #confinement

For 8€ this is a great dinner/everyday wine. It's got a little funk, maybe some olives or habaneros. Worked with chicken and cheese, would be even better with a nice medium rare cut of steak.
