edited note. had this in Bordeaux 2 years ago and brought back a few bottles. opening it tonight was special and this wine does not disappoint! balanced berries with subtle tannis and complex mouthfeel. truly unique!

Was so delicious after 4 hours of decanting. I wish I wasn’t so impatient. First glass was very tart and fruity and thin bodied with spicy finish. Last glass was exactly what I like. Softer. Not as tart. Medium bodied. Crazy how much this wine changed after opening. Floral like I love! Violets! I love French wine.
