Starts off nicely, straddles the line between traditional and modern - the former gives it a grainy, rustic edge and notable grip, the latter a dense, generous fruit profile and a sweet oak note. Brett comes out with air. Seems like it could use time, but if you’re Brett averse, drink up. Decent value.

Nov 7th, 2018Pleasant Bordeaux at a good price. Balanced tannins, dry, likes to breathe a bit. We mix it in to our wine rack among some other sub-$20 Bordeaux like Greysac and it holds up well. Enjoy!
