A very nice cuvee once served at Virgin Atlantic’s “Upper” Class. The blend consists of Merlot, Cab Sav and Malbec with Merlot being the prominent grape. Paired very well with our traditional Easter lunch of Roast Turkey & Ham 😉. Priced at around €16 a bottle - it is excellent value and you would probably pay double if it came from the neighbouring Bordeaux.

Apr 18th, 2021Had 2009 to pair with Lebanese and Italian on 2 different dinners. Didn't enjoy it with Lebanese food but ok with Italian. Feel the likeness fluctuates when it comes to food pairing so I guess it may work better drinking on its own.
