Confectionary sweet nose of cherry liqueur, poppy seed, violets, cinnamon, bellflower, wet currant leaf, blackberry.
Medium-bodied, adequate acidity, low on tannins. Cherry dominant again, cinnamon-baked plum, coriander, blueberry, black currant flavors.
Moderate finish accenting black currant, cherry, cranberry.
Pair: veal stew.
