Robust, flamboyant, uncommon rosé made of 100% Krasnostop Anapsky. 13%ABV.
Color is cherry red, pretty dense for rosé. Light red rim.
Nose starts with ashberry liqueur stored in old vault, then cranberry water appears, followed by wet plum and strawberry.
Quite thick medium-bodied palate shows lively acidity. Flavors of cherry compote, raspberry, cranberry.
Medium length finish shows ashberry, strawberry and cranberry drink nuances.
Was good as aperitif and as occasional pairing to rabbit baked with herbs.
