Plum, band-aids and wet clay lead off into some rather lovely red & black berry fruits. Palate isn't as powerful as the nose would suggest but well rounded in the mouth with a good mid palate and cocoa powder tannins (firm) on the finish, good purity of fruit.

Aged beautifully! Nice nose with some tertiary notes but limited. Still enough fruit there some dark cherries, milk chocolate. Tanins smoothly integrated. Nice drink on a stormy sunday afternoon!
