1975 drinking pretty well. Lots of black fruit, currant, Cherry, mulberry , etc...Mature and showing lots of developed flavors of leather, soy, beef jerky, hoisin too. Nice treat

Tasting oldish but still kicking. These Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernets from the 1970's were inspiring. Probably past it's best but fun anyway.
