Loads of vanilla and baking spices on the nose. Hints of bell pepper on the palate. Low to moderate tannins.

Dark & deep color of a Santa Rosa plum. Smells good. Tastes like berry pies. Good berry pies. Maybe a blackberry or boysenberry pie. Hint of oak at the end of it. That’s a bit too heady on vanilla. Overall it’s a decent affordable option for Cab.
