Has held together well after all these years. Surprisingly, has 3-5 years left. Fruit, tannins and acidity are in perfect balance. Green vegetal presence and plum on the nose. Full lush mouthfeel of cedar, mocha and sweet tobacco. Finishes with a raisiny quality, hint of mineral and spice.

Enjoyed on the eve of Jen Brian's 15th anniversary. We tried a new shrimp stir fry with summer vegetables and pasta recipe. Terrific dinner! Here's to 15 more!

California fruit with an OldWorld edge. I enjoyed it more the second day — decant and let it breath for a rich complex experience.
