Subtle on the nose, with some clean salinity and soft white fruits but then on the palate, BAM! Huge amounts of acidity! Extremely mouth watering and slightly fleshy, delicious wine.

Very crisp and tart; Granny Smith Apple, mineral

Beeswax, bruised apple, saline, wet stone, gunflint, white grapefruit rind

Think this wine is hitting its stride. Prior bottles seemed a bit one dimensional. Not for you if you're looking for weight. Granny Smith, peach, salty minerality, and screaming acid. Great value.
