Palette Grand Cru de Provence White Rhone Blend

Grilled pineapple, apricot, yellow pear, tangy citrus peel, honey, nougat, pine resin, jasmine, limestone, sea spray, petrol. A textural landscape ranging from rich and round to sharp and piercing. Phenolic and tanninc strength coupled with some serious minerality too.

Completely puzzled blind. Lovely breadth contrasts with snappy acidity. Botrytis noes of apricots and honey. Sweet impression. Exotic for me.

Slightly oxidative, but still fresh. A really cool wine that keeps changing in the glass. Not your typical east drinking white, more something you want to contemplate.

First time with the white. Wow!

Super textural and round. Hay and honeysuckle and almonds and fleshy melon fruit. A touch of caramelly notes. Also some spearmint on the nose. Delicious

2013 vintage. The clear winner of our year-old-rosés dinner. Really sharp. #screwratings

Yummy. Bruised tree fruit, spice and rich robust mineral. Lush.

Maybe a faulty bottle. But no/ little taste. Had to air the bottle for over two hours to get a glimpse of a taste. BIG deception
