2022. Fantastic apple tarte tatin with dulce de leche and cardamom ginger ice cream. A very sweet and rich dessert. This Sauternes seemed lighter in body, sweetness, and botrytis and we enjoyed it more on its own than directly after a bite of the tarte. At the Boiler Room.
