Interesting fragrance and wine and very complex but not my favourite

My first bordeaux. Leather and wood on the nose. Mature fruit on the palette, some tannins, but they are kind. Spicy finish with herbs. Accompanied with a sirloin steak. Enjoyed it.

This 96 opened up beautifully, as I suspected it would. Delicious. Balanced. Gentle but full.

Love it. Brown depth, lovely age, so easy but refined. Yum
