Typical Bordeaux rouge. A big food wine, mineral on the nose with prime ant tannins and a real creaminess. Perfect for cheese and red meat.

Quite nice with Boeuf Bourguignon ($18). Mostly Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark fruit, benefitted from decanting.
