Cuvée Prestige Cahors Malbec

Rich and full bodied. Needs to breathe a lot before consumption.

Smells like pencil lead and old books. Tastes like dusty blue fruit. Kind of a plum pie or plum pudding thing going on. Not bad, not great, a good deal at Costco.

Lighter wine with floral aromas. Raspberry, chocolate, and minerals.

Let it breathe, afterwards: it has notes of chocolate without the substantial aftertaste, complex dry berry finish.

Meh- better with food. Costco on Richmond
