Sauternes Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend

Not much depth or complexity, but gets the sweet job done.

Apricot, peach and ginger spice. Very good

Just delicious. Ripe apricot, guava, honeydew melon, great balance of sweetness and acidity. Rich and sweet — a bit of petrol, too. Just right. This 2012 drinks great right now.

Great dessert wine value. Raisin and hay on the nose, sweet honey raisin liquid.

Highly underrated. For $20/375ml what more can you possibly want?? It wasn't the best year for botrytis across the board but this is impeccably balanced and gorgeous starts peaking on the 4th day open. My 10th bottle so far.....

少しスモーキーな香りがしたあとに甘い香りが漂ってくる。最初はマスカットのような甘みがあってその後は蜂蜜のような風味が舌に残る。とても美味しい。

Grapefruit nose and not overly sweet. The perfect pair to deconstructed pineapple upside down cake.

A very fine example of a sauternes. Not 'artificially' sweet tasting... Just right, with an interesting lemon-like finish. 2012 vintage at North Pond in Chicago.
