Nov 7th, 2019A good wine overall. 2015 vintage opened August 2019. Lots of soft Merlot, not really our style, but still good. It was ready to be opened. Not drinkable without food.

Aug 5th, 2019Give it a day to breathe and it becomes a nice toned Bordeaux. Yummy with pizza.

Apr 29th, 2019Right bank Bordeaux in the St. Emilion region with 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc. Lively flavors of berries, mild tannins.

Feb 10th, 2019Drank 4/11/17. Decent pairing with burgers.
Nose of plums and blackberry mingling with some earthy notes. Some plum and raspberry on a palate more dominated by red fruits. Tannins seem well integrated after a short decant. Lacking some of the depth and complexity of a better wine, but well done for the price. Medium finish.
3/20/8/4/3 + 50 = 88 points.
WS went 90 pts on this one. Definitely not a 90 pt wine, But for the price ($15, on sale for $12), I wouldn't mind drinking again. @Chris England I believe this may be what you would call a "lunchtime claret" on your side of the pond.
